WHAT AM I?

I lie within when you are born,
I'm a bond so strong you can't avoid,
Blood ties I form with those that are true,
Many I would sacrifice for my few,
I'm a delicacy not enjoyed by plenty,
I'm craved by all,
But overall

I'm a gift from the Lord.
